Would like more visibility or ability to independently admin the product more (with self-serve training resources) in order to be able to more quickly resolve easily-fixed issues. Had some issues with search working as expected out of the box.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Good software. Make sure you have the resources on your side to implement and admin effectively (someone who is familiar with search).
