What differentiates SAP CRM from other similar products?

CRM in our organization has revolutionized the pattern in which we manage our customer relationships since the implementation of SAP CRM. This piece of software has become a vital tool neither only simplifying our process of monitoring our interaction with customers but helping us make a more informed and strategic decision.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The part that I enjoy the most about the SAP CRM is its intuitive interface. Although it possesses a broad spectrum of modern features, its easy to use nature makes it so that even technophobic people can easily move around and use it. This has been a great relief, because we鈥檝e been able to train our team very fast without it becoming a chore or a complicated task.

What do you dislike most about this product?

But let鈥檚 admit that, there are a couple of aspects that could be improved. Sometimes the software can be a little complex in connection with the integration with other things that we use and this had caused some inconveniences initially. But if there鈥檚 the appropriate support and a bit of patience we have been able to conquer these obstacles.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In a nutshell, any organization seeking a powerful and reliable solution to manage its customers, I highly recommend the SAP CRM. What it provides in terms of options of customisation, simplicity and analytical ability is of truly invaluable nature.
