What differentiates SAP Business One from other similar products?
SAP B1 seems to move forward with new trends and features, always add enhancements to make the software use easy, regular version increments bring additional features, many organizations use so there is a level of common interest for SAP B1 from most SAP customers.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say SAP B1 is much more popular among its counterparts in their business and in order to maintain that, SAP B1 will come with new features and enhancements yearly. For example, I have been selected as an Application Administrator for a new startup company & hoping to join next year. At my interview with its CEO, I proposed having SAP B1 and explained its features directly to the CEO of this company two months back. Somehow, he agreed and now they are looking for a better SAP partner for them to implement SAP B1. Otherwise, he was planning to choose one of SAP's counterpart ERP systems from MS. (I'm happy that I did my part for SAP)

SAP Business One is a complete business management solution for Small and Medium businesses with tons of features available in the market. SAP Business One solution can be used to manage the various business areas such as inventory and warehousing, purchasing decisions, sales processes, customer relationship management, field service management, project management and financial management. SAP Business One enables to visualize the insight from the business operations with real-time information updates and improves the better business decisions making process. It is a robust enterprise system that most business processes are supported.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The favorite aspect of SAP Business One product is its easy-to-use user-friendly interface and the major business processes and scenarios can be performed without doing additional customization on SAP Business One. The financial controls and reporting functionalities are very strong for small and medium businesses. Analytics features available on the version of SAP Business One HANA are very useful to visualize and analyze the real-time updates and transactions across the entire organization. Advanced available-to-promise functionality is very convenient and order fulfillment and on-time delivery process are much easier and easy to utilize.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The most dislike about this product is having limited functionalities of Human Capital management included in SAP Business One. The limitation of Human Resources module included SAP Business One is simple to use for the employee master data management and time recordings for each employee. Organizations that want to utilize the human capital management need to consider for the limitation of Human Resources module on the solution and the human capital management functionalities to be performed will need to interface with the other systems for the integration process.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
SAP Business One is one of the best business management solutions for the small and medium businesses with rich of the features and functionalities that most business processes and scenarios are supported so that I highly recommend for those who want to consider the transformation of the existing legacy systems. SAP Business One is a user-friendly and easy-to-use business management solution that can help to streamline and optimize the existing business processes and will benefit the business operation efficiency because it is a mature product with a good track record based on the a large number of users base around the world.
