What differentiates Salesken from other similar products?

Salesken is the first software of its kind, combining conversational intelligence with sales analytics, allowing you to get insight into your team's performance and develop high-achievers. The program is simple to use and provides a wealth of information on the barriers to sales success that your team members may be encountering.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is a pretty fascinating product. What's working and not in my sales talks may be identified rapidly. Every call is like having my private mentor there to help me out. Additionally, anytime I have had problems, the crew has responded quickly and accommodated me. The user-friendly interface makes it simple for sales representatives to learn and implement successful strategies.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When users select the SMS option on the landing page, they are sent to the SMS page; however, the chatbot doesn't start. The software is fantastic; however, I can't scroll the settings page on the iPad. The screen freezing occurs sometimes; I hope the developers will fix this soon. So far, I have had no problems with this program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Put another way, it uses conversational intelligence to help you make connections. It reveals the areas in which you are gaining and losing business, as well as the steps you can take to improve your results by adopting the strategies used by your top salespeople. Give it a go and see if it helps your business's bottom line.

What differentiates Salesken from other similar products?

This one is outstanding compared to other sales and analytics tools I have used. Anyone interested in gauging the efficacy of their sales force will find this product invaluable. Everyone on the Salesken team is kind and helpful, and they welcome any suggestions or comments you may have. Love this tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesken's Sales Analytics platform has become a vital element of our sales team's operations. I like how Salesken provides a centralized location to track and assess sales metrics. The agent's output will increase, and the service's efficiency and cost-effectiveness will benefit greatly. It has freed me up to pursue possibilities instead of wasting time mastering new tools. The UI is easy to understand and utilize.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To me, this software is perfect in every way. I love every feature of this tool. In my experience, SalesKen has proven to be the most helpful tool for sales managers. There has been a noticeable improvement in my sales team's enthusiasm, drive, and output. There is nothing I can think of that I don't enjoy about this program.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I had no idea that such innovation existed in the present day. The use of sales analytics software is crucial for every sales organization. The dashboard is fantastic, and I like the real-time information on conversations and other activities with potential customers. This method may pinpoint top performers, underachievers, and the root causes of their poor showings. It will compare your sales force against the best in the business.
