What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud from other similar products?
First of all the fast implementation of new features that will help good amount of clients. Besides that, we have the easiest admin pages and a very good constructed and functional training space (Trailhead) that even allows you to creat custom trails for new team members or even for exclusive projects or sustain operations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Deffinitly the Service Cloud cloud as a hole. From native to integration optios, its almost an infinite channel of possibilities in use either for the IT or the final user exeperience.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The time of response for support/training topics, like the acelerators, for example.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure that you company is ready to make some changes to adpat to a full digital version of client and sells controls. You have to have in mind that this is a plataform for improve and renew your methods, not one were you will fit all them just the way they are now (especially in paper use inclined companies).

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud from other similar products?
Salesforce has a huge ecosystem that is supported by thousands of developers and vendors. It's probably the most popular and the most customizable CRM with wide support and solid reputation for its reliability and a huge array of features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lead and contact management, account management, dashboards and reporting, integrations and sync, flexibility and customization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Can't complain about browser experience, but the mobile app could be refined. Also, the Outlook plugin has been buggy in the past but I haven't used Outlook in a year, so there's a possibilty those issues have been fixed.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Salesforce is a great solution if you know what you are doing. It allows a lot of customizations but you will most likely need somebody to manage the system.
