Is the biggest name in the CRM industry and will remain there for a while. There's no serious challenger in the category so is a safe bet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Has a lot out of the box

Forces the organization to work the "Salesforce way".

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have an absolute clarity of what are the business processes that will be supported by Salesforce and how are they modeled. Don't consider it the silver bullet that will solve all your painpoints.

What differentiates Salesforce Sales Cloud from other similar products?

Salesforce records emails we send to accounts and the phone dial connects to our zoom account saving us time by logging the calls automatically.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The variety of tools that integrate with Salesforce is a huge plus, although not all partner integrations are created equal.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find the new Salesforce Lightning version slower, with many clicks required to reveal important data items, and key information often hidden behind "view more/all" links or hover-over pop-up windows

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One of the biggest benefits of Salesforce is being able to access existing information on our clients and accounts without having to rely on my colleagues on other teams, saving us time and effort in verbally sharing or physically storing this information.
