It is easy to integrate, generate lead reports and sales lead assignment and solving the support tickets is easy and user friendly as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User friendly

What do you dislike most about this product?

It lags a lot sometimes and lead assignment is slow

The dashboard is very convenient and it makes it very useful to view everything at one place

The customisation is little limited. Hope it gets easy with updates

This is like a industry standard with good tech support and most of your colleagues would have worked in previous organizations. It will save time for training's

Think of the scaling aspect of your app when deploying as sfdc provides most features, integrations etc
