Salesforce is the industry standard and Lighting Flow is the latest version

It does load faster and look cleaner. If your organization listens to a good implementation / integration team you'll really like the ease of use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Salesforce is too customizable and it is hard to know what permissions someone has

Do your research and higher a quality integrator. Be clear about what you want now and what you might need in the future. Buy the integrations with other products - you need your data to speak

What differentiates Salesforce Flow from other similar products?
Salesforce has incredible automation tools, such as their Flow builder. This enables an admit to perform tasks that only a developer could in many other systems.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is extremely customizable, all you need to do is use your imagination.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's so customizable, that it's very easy to do the wrong thing. If there was more automated guidance, that would be amazing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The tool itself, out of the box isn't that useful. Once you start customizing it, it becomes a powerhouse. You just need to have a good architect to understand what should and shouldn't be done.
