It's the single most powerful tool for us to do basically do what we want with CRM data.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like to collect all information for one person under one card.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish it's interface would be updated with modern tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There are hundreds of trainings to get benefit for using Salesforce more efficiently.

with einstein is so easy for sales team to predict and do more sales

What do you dislike most about this product?

Costing is bit high

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just go for it and buy it but make sure you get it implemented and training right for end users.
