What differentiates Procore from other similar products?
Procore includes great capabilities for project staff from all specialties. It organizes data entry and documentation, preparing reports, delivery requests and invoices....., and most importantly, it allows work teams to create all cooperation initiatives to organize the preparation and follow-up of the project schedule in all its details. It is great that Procore provides great support for resolving points of disagreement from the site, which contributes to reducing the risk of delays.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Procore is professional and easy to use, and entering and exporting data and documents is easy. I like Procore's divisions, so that each project specialization has its own section, and this makes it easy to access information at all times. I like the restrictions that prevent unauthorized people from accessing a specific report or form, which gives us better control. I like the ease of creating forms and coding them automatically, as well as documenting them within the records to simplify their follow-up. I like the records that document all the details of the issued or received documents and forms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no negatives at all, as Procore simplified everything for us and eliminated many steps that were previously arduous.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Procore is a must-have for all construction projects, it allows engineers and technicians to spend more time on site, it reduces paperwork and paper printing.
