What differentiates Prevail from other similar products?
Prevail is a complete system that helped us to establish online legal management through digital invoices very easy to understand in a very short time. Thanks to this system we can integrate documents, evaluations and notes linking other platforms such as email and notepad on the computer saving costs on paper and ink.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Prevail has ample capacity to make customized documents immediately backed by a legal support of small lawyers willing to help. This system saves us the space that would take up thousands of files in offices. There is no need to copy every email that comes in Prevail performs a complete merge upon login to their platform and that keeps all users organized and up to date.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The program interface should be updated as the user's path within the system can be very slow at times. The program should be able to link other email platforms such as Gmail and not just Outlook. The handling of all documents complies with the organization, but could integrate the option of new, more personalized graphics that do not limit the user.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is required to incorporate a real-time chat for consultations directly with the lawyers, that the system throws alerts on the follow-up of the cases. Incorporate the option of being able to choose the language to be used for an easier understanding of all users and an update in the design of its interface that can adapt to new technologies and different devices.
