Anyone in the team can learn. Their training programme is simple and quick. The team are super friendly.

Clean and consistent interface allows plytix to take a back seat, While our products are the stars of the show. The way it should be.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Reliability. Put data in, and know that it's safe. It'd be damn frustrating to update product data, and for it to not load properly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Brand portal customisation. It would be nice to use own url and a few other features for filtering assets.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Trial it! Plytix works for our products, and with the limited connections we use the level of integration capabilities is perfect. For customers across more platforms they might find limitaions.

What differentiates Plytix from other similar products?

Through automation, bulk changes, and filter categorization, Plytix saves our team numerous hours of manual effort. Plytix also provides us with an overview of what data we need to apply to our goods and makes it simple to transmit product data to our customers. Plytix provides a single source of truth for product information that is meant to make cooperation simple and uncomplicated. Many of our disparate processes may be united under Plytix to enable speedy enrichment of product data and high quality data output.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Plytix has a terrific and user-friendly design; this program covers practically everything I need for product administration, classification, and media management, such as photography; I can export/import product listings based on filters I create; and I can do enormous adjustments and updates. Make lists, get an overview of all goods, add qualities that are relevant to your needs, and export PDF files for customers. I found the software to be incredibly straightforward to use, and the help documentation and courses are more than enough for anyone to get up and running in no time, especially when compared to competing PIM tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We got into a couple circumstances were we wanted things to operate differently, but our representative was quite helpful in finding an alternate solution and also presenting our recommendation to their team for possible future incorporation. Plytix could certainly benefit from greater degrees of user access and the ability to execute periodic processing for channels more than once a day. It could also be easier to manage assets, have various filters on separate tabs, and combine products more easily.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The Plytix team did an excellent job of bringing us on board, and we've thoroughly appreciated the product; it's been one of the greatest things we've done in terms of collaborating with SAAS. We demoed several other systems while searching for a PIM, and Plytix was by far the easiest to use and most cost efficient solution for us. Our sales agent we also spoke with was one of the most knowledgable we discovered, which gave us confidence. It gave us confidence in our decision to proceed.
