The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. It aggregates emotional response ratings for various dimensions of the vendor-client relationship and product effectiveness, creating a powerful indicator of overall user feeling toward the vendor and product.

What differentiates Plytix from other similar products?
The price-quality ratio is one of the best in the business. I did some research between Plytix, Akeneo, Pimcore and some other PIM's and Plytix came out ahead price-quality wise.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's really user friendly. After implementation, which was also quite easy (with help from the customer support team), It only took an hour to get my colleagues started in using the PIM.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I do not dislike anything so far, there are some things that can be upgraded/enhanced, like having subcategories in de asset management of subcategories per attribute. But there is a page where you can drop your idea's to improve the PIM and the idea with the most votes, get's to be top priority for the developers, how cool is that!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a small to medium sized business, then Plytix is the way to go. If you have a super large business then I would probably go for something like Akeneo. If you plan on giving acces to the PIM to all of your staff, then Plytix is really good. You can choose if people can edit or just read information. It's also possible to hide information for certain roles. Also don't pay for an external party who helps you to implement the PIM. Implementation is easy with help from the customer support team. We got a dedicated implementation customer succes manager, Nicole helped us get started and was of huge help.

What differentiates Plytix from other similar products?
We've checked many PIM Systems on the market in the past. They're all quite interesting, but we've never seen a PIM like Plytix. It's so simple to implement and you understand all features within a few minutes. That's what we call user-friendly!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Onboarding process with a dedicated customer service agent is perfect, because you've got always a friendly and capable expert on your side.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some features we need are currently missing, like a complex rights and roles management or the automatic inheritance of attribute values within variant articles. But therefor the customer portal is a perfect solution. You can give feedback, check out the planned features, and vote on new features which are collected from all Plytix users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are looking for a PIM, start with the FREE version of Plytix. It's the perfect starting point to learn how it works, and you could already have unlimited users and up to 5000 SKUs and 5GB file storage.
