Define a sales process and see which CRM best suits that - don't try to fit your sales process to the CRM

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

price point and the usability of the software interface

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how it syncs our emails directly into the software. I also love how easily it integrated with Pandadoc, which is our fee proposal system.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I required a separate fee proposal system, as the fee proposals that were in built in pipedrive are not as customisable as we would have liked

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great tool in a great price range. They are always trying to improve sections.
