By using it companies gain a much clearer structure of responsibility, far fewer things fall through the cracks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Upgrading away from an excel spreadsheet can be hard, individual contributors within a business are often reluctant to change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Include the people who will be using the service on the demo, not just your company leadership.
