What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

covers broad set of features. It has 3 different products Supply Chain Management, Human Capital Management and Customer Relationship Management. Provides features like Candidate Hire to Retire cycle, payroll processing for every region of the world. Performance management. Accounting - General Ledger, AP, AR etc. UI is really good - its simple and neat . Holds ton of info. Oracle Database works great with it but can integrate with other databases as well.

Ease of use, tracking and customizing

there is absolutely nothing that can be dislike for this product.

well designed great product.

The depth and intuitive nature of features and the constant improvements and ability customize it to our needs. Ability to handle massive data and ease of integration with existing DBs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to read and write data into our existing DB tables and schema models

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some times glitchy while customizing, example syntaxes involved to create indexes

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Talk to their technical team in case of customizations. Never ever assume things as you can run into implementation errors and it's difficult to set standards once modified
