We can create a sales pipeline, task, all user sales activities report, and automation for old sales data updating.
What do you dislike most about this product?
not having solution verticals as we had in Siebel CRM

Once you have the proper budget then go for it.

What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?
It has a very robust mobile platform with a very intuitive and user-friendly interface.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
How easy it was to set up. It's also a very flexible platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We had some troubles at first with the messaging section, but customer support was very kind and gave us a quick solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure that during the implementation process it can be integrated with open source CI/CD tool.
