What differentiates Oracle CX Sales from other similar products?
Ease of use: Product is very easy to customize. I have seen even business users making small changes in code or page layouts directly. So, it works perfect if business requirements are simple. IT admin cost and time to move easy changes into mainline is shortened.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of customization. Rich search and analytics features.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Complex UI customization ( support of CSS, HTML) is not built natively. You have to use collaborative tool like VBCS etc...Analytics joins are still tricky and can be made better or more user friendly. Security can still be demoralized and made better.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It will depend on type of customizations, criticality of systems, security/reports needs.

The whole experience: Sales teams were friendly and not pushy during the sale They helped us thru self-inflicted issues Engaged with us on training and CABS Quarterly updates provide us with continued tools to grow our business, even though we only utilize <25% of the capabilities they provide us
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The Business Intelligence Reporting
What do you dislike most about this product?
Business Plans, Sales Quotas, and Territory Management need a lot of work...............but getting better!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Do your research, and don't buy a product based just on the Sales Pitch. Challenge the Sales teams each step of the way, only buy when you have crossed everything off your list.
