What I like best that the solution does work out of the box with some configuration its real strength is its ability to change for your organization's infrastructure.

What differentiates OpenText Asset Management from other similar products?

It provides consistent and accurate inventory information. Asset tracking processes are simplified by consolidating assets and each configuration item into a central repository.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Consolidate report and Centralized repository management

What do you dislike most about this product?

Somewhat we feel the support and KB articles were not up to the mark when comes to self troubleshooting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Compare to overall insights with other applications, Micro Focus Asset Manager provides good ROI and a great effective application.
