This drastically reduced our time and cost.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
Using OnBoard has substantially reduced that time, even though the same quantity of data can now be uploaded in under an hour, which takes many hours before it. Both the end-user and the administrator will find the program to be intuitive and user-friendly. As the admin, I enjoy how easy it is to make last-minute adjustments to the materials and how the attendees of the meeting are notified as soon as the update is published.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We are able to log in securely through MFA at work or home via OnBoard, which is considerably easier for trustees to use, and OnBoard is also easier to maintain and use than our in-house solution. Creating the agenda from a word doc, accessing Zoom links from OnBoard, an enhanced calendar, and a resource library are all useful features for us. It's simple to use, and I also like the ongoing implementation of new features, updates, and enhancements. The integration went smoothly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It might be tough to persuade board members to change, but once they do, it is typically easy sailing! It would be wonderful to have several template options for the minute's builder. I haven't used the messaging option much, but I've found it difficult to reach out to the entire group at once. I wish there was a way for members to update their email addresses without creating a new contact.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The OnBoard software is simple to use both as an executive and as a user. It's a fantastic tool for storing all of our documents in one location, and the software is updated on a regular basis by the provider. Extra functionality can be purchased as part of a package. I'd like to be able to purchase more features on my own. Aside from that, the OnBoard Portal is a useful tool.

A team collaboration tool.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
We can simply modify and add documents to a presentation and are also able to add people with various permissions to separate areas of the meeting. Through this, we can store resources in the resources tab for offline usage (no need to access a network drive), which is great for meetings while the team is on the road.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thanks to OnBoard Board Management Software, our meetings can now be held entirely online, right up to and including board votes on resolutions and budgets. Rather than wasting time making manual, time-consuming changes in Adobe Pro, I can now quickly create and update board books. When we're all meeting electronically, the ability to quickly get and examine meeting packets is crucial.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Viewing documents within the program is difficult. Whenever I upload a new document, the book re-builds, so I won't be able to see it until the book is finished. The addition of a "save changes" button in each section slows progress; adjustments used to be saved automatically and were faster.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To familiarise people with OnBoard, I suggest adding documents entirely through the system rather than sending attachments to committees or groups at first. Knowing that the information would most likely be discovered on the platform, our Directors have begun searching for it before contacting me which saves time and empowers them.
Pros
- Reliable
- Performance Enhancing
- Respectful
- Fair

It saves me a lot of time

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?
It makes a significant distinction to be able to keep all of the calendar elements with the plan in one place rather than sending out separate versions of the same plan. OnBoard saves time by providing us with a central location where officials and board members may upload documents and see them.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The team responds quickly to my questions and gives me clear guidance on how to resolve the problem. Another fantastic feature is that we may alter the elements of the interface to offer our eyes a pleasing and cool appearance. So far, the minutes and agenda creation have proven to be the most beneficial. They've done an excellent job of streamlining those processes in the creation of both.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Trying to change a user's email address on the backside as an admin can be tricky. Normally, I have to deactivate the account and begin again. It can be hard to convince board members to change, but once they do, it is typically a breeze!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Specifically in the charity sector, OnBoard makes it exceedingly simple to adopt more efficient governance mechanisms. Agenda creator, resources, activities, and remote sessions are some of the tools that users must use to get more out of it. OnBoard has made it incredibly easy to create and update board notes.
