What is your favorite aspect of this product?
鈥嶰kta makes logging into multiple applications seamless with single sign-on, saving me time daily. I love the multi-factor authentication feature, which enhances security without complicating my workflow.
What do you dislike most about this product?

鈥嶪 would recommend that you plan your user provisioning and role-based access workflows carefully to streamline onboarding and offboarding. Also, to make the most of reporting and monitoring features, understand its adaptive security policies.

What differentiates Okta Identity Cloud from other similar products?
It is almost impossible for me to switch to any other platform for IAM, as Okta saves much of my time by smoothly handling all the authentication logics for my apps. The console feature lets me keep track of exactly which apps are being accessed by each user individually. It has incredibly taken out the headache by simply managing multiple internal systems for me.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like its cleanliness and intuitiveness, even when I am juggling with many users and apps. Its API is also well-documented and straightforward, which has helped me a lot in the beginning. Along with this, I find the integration guides quite helpful in making the implementation smooth.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I experienced that the integration of legacy systems sometimes becomes a bit complex. Also, I felt that the dashboard widgets lacked some customization options.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Okta's automation feature will effectively help you in eliminating human error in access management and improve the user experience while upgrading your security standards.
