I like that you can access all of the websites and applications you use from one location, and that they are secure, meaning that your information is protected. It will save you time and effort to open each app in a separate window if you sign in with a single log-in for all of your apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When I wanted to connect to my office VPN or internal tools, Okta offered the best security for business tool logins. It offers the best login code process with push notifications and a 6-digit code system. The notifications are delivered instantly and without any lag.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although this is not a major drawback, it is not very customizable, and this is something that can be changed. It occasionally freezes but not always, and response times can be prolonged.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With a single sign-in, you have access to all of your useful apps, and it is extremely safe and secure. Keep in mind that the mobile app is not as slick as the desktop app, but it still functions perfectly and does its job admirably.

For single-sign-on authentication and password management, Okta is the most effective and crucial application we use daily and at all times. Okta is integrated with Salesforce and all other applications to perform business automation appropriately without requiring the user to log in multiple times to different applications. A wide variety of enterprise customers employ Okta's excellent OOB functionality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This software supports various applications, and setting up applications is relatively simple. With the adaptive MFA, we can balance security and usability simultaneously in a suitable way for almost everyone. That's pretty cool. With the use of SCIM and APIs, the onboarding process of a new user has been significantly reduced in terms of the amount of labor required.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For seasoned IT professionals, implementation is quite simple. Still, the extensive feature set and documentation can be frightening for new users who need to become more familiar with identity management. While Okta customer service responds quickly, they may deflect blame when problems arise between Okta and an unsupported program, even if the problem lies with Okta rather than the unsupported item.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Allows you to access apps without utilizing a VPN directly. This is advantageous if you work remotely because you can access the Apps on your computer rather than bringing your work PC home. To log into Okta and access your Apps, you only need your username, password, and second authentication.
