What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

I have been pleased with the service that I have had for years. I just need to know more about what it can do and feel that I need to get some training on it. I tried the videos and many of them were very much out of date. I'd love to see some updated videos like loom videos that we might watch on youTube. Couple that with some PDFs that help and that would be wonderful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It does the job that I need in a bare-bones way and is very reasonably priced. I would like to learn more about the product so I'm not making any complaints. I'm only saying I want to learn more.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Then I don't know enough about it so it's not Nimble's fault. It's my fault.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a good product, but look into it more to understand what it can do.

Tracking sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not being able to arrange deals by date created in new pipeline system. Was previously possible now since update apparently not possible despite our attempts to ask them to implement.

What differentiates Nimble from other similar products?

Simplicity of use. Nimble Prospector enables you to access and use all features of Nimble regardless of which TAB you are in on your browser. Personalized group messages, workflows and bulk & sequenced emails enables users to have more effective communication with all clients, prospects and contacts. Integration with Gmail and Outlook means you can see all communication with a contact

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Nimble prospector, workflows and Personalized group Messaging are my favorite features. Another key favorite is creation of customised searchable fields and Tags

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing I dislike. Of course, there are always improvements but Nimble are very responsive to suggestions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be clear on why you are implementing Nimble (or any CRM). What are the benefits & outcomes you expect as a result of using Nimble. Involve your staff in identifying how you will implement and integrate Nimble into your business strategies and processes. Setup a training program on how to use Nimble. This is critical in learning how to maximize the benefits of its features Remember, a CRM like Nimble is NOT a magic bullet regardless of its cost. Implementing a CRM is an INVESTMENT in growing your business,. It is NOT an expense.
