What differentiates Motivosity from other similar products?

Is an easy to use tool because it is reminiscent of social networks, you can add photos, gifs and emojis. It has been highly valued internally and allows recognition at different levels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the cultural impact it has on the teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The survey notification and settings could be more user friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

They are very open to feedback and constantly making changes to improve the product.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are limitations around customizations, specifically in the survey portion.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend slowly rolling out different features and testing it as much as possible before it is implemented to an entire organization.
