What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Following feature makes Monday different from others Highly Visual- It is known for its intuitive, visual interface using boards and workflow, which makes it easier to use and understand. Automation and Integration - Monday integrate a wide range of popular app and tools and it also excels automation which enable in streamline repetitive tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its automation, and integration of other usefull tools and app
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much but it is little pricy as compare to others and it lacks some functions in mobile app as compare to desktop.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You must consider your teems needs, start with free trial, Must explore others for pricing and features they offer.

Great UI, but lacking in user training resources

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
We honestly didn't evaluate other products and probably should have. We just really liked the UX on the front end when using the free version and thought we should upgrade. However, we feel that we aren't using the product to its maximum capabilities.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The board layouts and dashboards are truly amazing!
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lack of training/vendor support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you have a great account manager if upgrading to the paid version of the product.
