What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
It is really very useful all the functions that Monday has and that allows the organization of projects and various tasks that we have to do, is done effectively, quickly and smoothly. The best CRM that we have been able to have within the company.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The customization of the different workflows, makes the tasks much easier to execute and visualize, preventing any delay in the activities. Document management is very useful, as all documents are stored in the same place, saving time searching for them in different sections. The Gantt chart, task management and automatic workflow make this CRM the ideal software for project planning in any company.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve can be quite high, depending on the number of projects and members, since so many functions and customizing workflows can be complicated. The mobile application does not have all the features of the web version, and its interface is not as user-friendly. Its reports should be more customizable and modifiable.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
One of the most complete task planning and execution software I have used. The activities are executed in order of priority, according to the benefit of the project and the company, so it certainly achieves a better flow of the work environment. Since it was installed in the company, all projects flow much better.

Its possible to support and improve your workflow due to many customizations.

Once you understand how to use it, you get more and more ideas of how to use it within your projects
What do you dislike most about this product?
Its not easy to learn. Sometimes you have to adjust your workflow to the Monday because the other way around is not possible to program. It sill lacks some core features that should be important for task management.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It depends on your use case. If you need simple task management its over engineered. If you want workflow improvement and if you are willing to dive into the details of the program it can be very helpful.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com is absolutely fantastic! Getting up and using it is very simple and intuitive. I've used some project management software's, but there was nothing equivalent available. There are several built-in options, and more are added on a daily basis. This makes completing activities both fun and productive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its schedule usability is about everything one might expect from a Gantt chart, but it is also very flexible, descriptive, and extroverted. It was now easier than ever to manage people and events at a time due to its intuitive and responsive interface.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Technology is expensive. In reality, particularly in contrast to competing projects, but don't let this discourage you. Once you get beyond the unregulated testing point, it's obvious that using something so simple, effective, and flexible is worth the investment. The only improvement I can believe of is to make the job go the whole way back to inbox for review.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Monday.com is a great project management software for all types and all sizes of companies. This can be installed in computers or mobiles both. I would recommend it to everyone.
