What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
It is beautifully designed and very easy to use and learn. Unlike Jira which is complex in its structure, Monday is very easy to start and implement. One can have different boards created with different teams. It can become a task board or a project management board with costs and hours utilised. It has a clear view of the working hours of the employee so a Manager can plan its resource better. Additionally instant messaging and document sharing are fast and easy. The cherry on the pie in the mobile app works very smoothly.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Drag and drop functionality Creating both personal board and board with other employees Easy collaboration with other departments
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is most suited for tasks purpose and less for bigger projects which are complex in nature Reporting is limited in Monday.com
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would say that Monday.com is very easy and collaborative. One can easily plan workflow and resources by using Monday.com in its daily life. Best suited for startups or smaller organisations with 20-50 employees or for lesser complex projects

The visual design is the game-changer of Monday, it feels smooth and friendly to the eyes and despite that can sound superficial, it certainly helps to be more willing to work.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Its smoothness in every aspect! Monday makes task management easier because is really user-friendly designed.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There's nothing that I dislike so far but I'd really love to be able to customize the sounds.

Check your company and project needs and review EVERY feature of Monday to see if this software is the more suitable for you.
