What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
monday.com makes it very easy to communicate within the team, track projects, allocate tasks and attach documents. At the same time, it is also very helpful in communication and collaborating with the clients. We can host discussions with the clients and document all communication at one place.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The way in which monday.com is structured is very helpful. We can easily make hierarchy of things within different boards and folders. The dashboard creation is also very clean and user friendly. It also integrates well with other software like Slack.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have still not been able to explore all the features of monday.com since it is very vast. I want to do a lot of things and have a lot of ideas on how I want to present my project details but I am still exploring the software. I wish it was more intuitive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You should definitely go ahead and try this software. It is going to make project management very smooth. Discussions and documentations would become very easy. Go through the training videos and you will keep learning about the range of features offered by monday.com.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Using Monday.com we have managed to manage and create new channels of tools that have allowed us to optimize our processes in a very solid and effective way, through its functions we can adapt it quite easily to the business processes that we carry, thanks to this software now we save much more time and our operations are much more effective than before using it as a main tool.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Monday.com is a highly adaptable platform which allows us to modify the tool at will, facilitating its use and coupling with our operations by handling the same standards. Statistical functions that provide us with important data at all times. It is a very easy to use tool, quite intuitive which does not make us call customer support a lot since we can solve it ourselves.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although it is very simple to use there are situations in which we would like to have a more elaborate user manual in order to know more thoroughly all the features of the platform. The mobile application still has much to improve the user experience in it is not usually as usable as it is through a computer. It would be important to make an adjustment in the coupling with Outlook since sometimes integrating them can be difficult.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Project management is usually the most interesting feature of the tool, companies can stop for a while and evaluate Monday.com within their alternatives for the management of the company. The platform usually works well with a little time to understand how it works and is highly usable to carry out the vast majority of our operations, thus saving time and generating more money.
