Unlike many competitors, monday.com combines project management with visual elements. The powerful reporting tools and customizable dashboards make tracking progress and understanding team metrics much easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The automation features are a game-changer! Automating repetitive tasks and reminders allows my team to focus on what really matters without getting bogged down in manual work.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The learning curve can still be significant for teams that aren鈥檛 familiar with project management tools. It鈥檚 not as intuitive in certain areas, like advanced reporting or deep automation setups, which can be frustrating at first.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend beginning with a single department or project to trial the software. Once you understand its benefits, it鈥檒l be easier to scale and integrate it across your entire organization.

What differentiates monday.com from other similar products?
Monday.com is one of the best project management tools I've ever used. It's perfect for large marketing teams, and the dashboard is great.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Organization of pipelines and status of projects/tasks.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It's quite challenging to use, and setting up the automations can be somewhat complex initially. This software is a little pricey and more suited for medium-sized companies, so it's not highly recommended for startups.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely one of the best project management tools and a great CRM as well. Just ensure your company has the size and budget for it.
