What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?
It is about software that approves specifying and planning tasks, either using the traditional organization with Gantt and in the most sophisticated choices they already agree to go further and use the Critical Chain or Earned Value techniques, companies (large and small), most of the softawre have these characteristics
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We used to manipulate plans through a chain of different platforms and methods, involving but not limited to emails, spreadsheets, manual reports, phone calls, and regular meetings, today all of this comes together on one great platform, essentially
What do you dislike most about this product?
It can be quite rigid and lead to less malleability later in the planning process. As a result, the creativity and innovation of a team are restricted.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
What this software does is to provide a fulfilling environment in which you and your team can participate, collaborate, and get busy together on the tasks ahead to successfully complete a project.
