What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?
It is easy to link two tasks and compare how much progress you have made to your initial plan. Microsoft project offers in built tools for planning, timekeeping, scheduling and managing resources for your projects.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows for accuracy in calculations since it gives me control over the resources I allocate to projects. Microsoft projects has improved the effectiveness of my work since I am able to schedule each phase of construction and create real time reports. I use it within the MS ecosystem with MS excel tables for ease of creation of projects.
What do you dislike most about this product?
You need training before using MS projects. Knowing all the features and their use is tough for newbies.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Projects has enhanced our decision making in terms of project management. It also enables us complete projects with the allocated time

What differentiates Microsoft Project from other similar products?
Microsoft Project not only aids in the planning and management of my projects, but it also lets me monitor their development and finances. We use Microsoft Project for all of our project management, Project Online for all of our time tracking and billing, and Power BI for all of our financial reconciliation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
For a long time, Microsoft Project has enjoyed widespread international adoption. Most people will be familiar with this program because it is the standard in the industry for managing projects. It comes packed with options, documentation, and free online education. Numerous users enjoy conversing with one another and sharing their insights and knowledge. Whether you're working on a research project at a university or a massive enterprise, it offers the tools you need to get the job done.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much can be said negatively about Microsoft Project. The program performs exactly what I need it to, and it's also quite simple to use; if anything, more personalization options would be welcome.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Microsoft Project is useful for large or medium-sized projects of any complexity level that adhere to established PM standards. Tools like Microsoft Planner and Workfront are ideal for managing temporary, small-scale projects with one or two people.

Microsoft Project is our primary project management platform. We manage construction projects and marketing. It monitors the projects schedule, stages, phases and finances.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a lot of documentation and the community is very helpful in solving doubts and clarifying issues. It has been a great platform for planning, development and management of projects. Microsoft projects gives an amazing overview of all projects as it selects specific tasks for the timeline.
What do you dislike most about this product?
stand alone licenses are expensive.

It is a powerful platform for planning projects. It also integrates well with Microsoft products
