What differentiates Microsoft OneDrive for Business from other similar products?
It has great potential as it integrates seamlessly into the Microsoft tools ecosystem, also including great compatibility with third-party applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
OneDrive allows a more integrated experience of files in the organization, through it can easily integrate and share files with different applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, among others, file upload and library synchronization is much more agile and fast, It has functionalities that allow to improve the capabilities in file management , with synchronization reports in which you can apply confidentiality tags and be able to manage file migration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We have used OneDrive for a long time is a tool that has brought great benefits to the organization, both its desktop and mobile applications are exceptional, having nothing negative to mention in this regard.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
OneDrive is a really useful tool in organizations, that will not only allow you to efficiently manage all the content hosted in the cloud, but also give you the possibility to create collaborative management environments between different applications, with the intervention of many users obtaining productivity in the organization.
