What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
Microsoft Dynamics is one of those programs where you wonder what it CAN'T do. I feel like you can customize it to ANY need your business has.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I LOVE the ability to do an auto dialer, while entering customer notes, while also running sales numbers reports, while also entering an order and customer service notes.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does occasionally crash or get slow and needs to be completely rebooted from the server. It is rare though!
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend this product. It is an incredible tool.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise from other similar products?
It is very easy to learn and comes with straight forward features. So many useful features. in my current organization we use it for our all the projects. starting from bidding to creating project. we can track our all the opportunities whether won or not at single place. we can also manage our all client details on CRM. Documents also can be saved on CRM.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
MS Dynamics 365 is web based so no need to install any software and not limited to only one system, i can access it any where and on any system. It is integrated with our ERP tool Maconomy, now opportunity manager fill all the details on CRM and once company wins the project then he sends the CRM opportunity for Business Finance Review, then we check all the details from contract and once we click on create project, it creates a new project in Maconomy which helps us a lot in terms of saving time and efforts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No not at all. It is best.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone can consider this for managing all the client related data. It is accessible from any where.
