Experts on Demand is an add-on service. Targeted Attack Notifications are always included after you have been accepted into Microsoft Threat Experts managed threat hunting service.

This tool is very Expensive. Also it has multiple levels of licensing. Like E3, E5 They should simplify it further.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go ahead and take it. Implementation needs to be done by ourselves unlike paloalto XDR.

Although i don't have much to write in this section, i would like to highlights defender's potential for false positives and occasional performance issues to be listed amongst the dislikes
