What differentiates Microsoft Azure Service Bus from other similar products?
Creating Service bus requires bit of knowledge We can not help when there are servers errors in service bus. with proper Monitoring , can handle the product Duplicate detection , nO message loss in there which is really cool Platform / Language agnostic applications are supported can really take advantage of topics and queues wherever necessary

Platform / Language agnostic applications are supported
What do you dislike most about this product?
Managing is bit difficult and documentation is not perfect

Implement. only for event driven architectures , don't blindly use all the services

We can easily provision service bus with ARM/Terraform and crate automation on top of that using python SDK/ REST Api
