What differentiates Meltwater from other similar products?
It is different from other applications because it has an intuitive user interface, and it can readily visualize the data that you input.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to view everything in one location, organized neatly into distinct sections, and compared side by side is the most useful feature for me. Data visualization, along with the creation of presentations and other visual aids, is aided by the inclusion of additional graphs and metrics. Radarly also displays issues and comments from consumers and allows you to listen in on discussions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I would describe it as somewhat disorganized and chaotic. It's not easy to track down certain items when you need them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This software comes highly recommended from me due to its versatile set of features. It fully justifies the extra cost.

You can't do public relations, media monitoring, or social media listening better than with Meltwater. It also has powerful analytical skills.

It has some issues with its social media posting mechanism, but the development team seems to be working hard to fix them.
