What differentiates ManageEngine Site24x7 from other similar products?
Detailed information is sent on email on regular basis, so i don't have to visit their website and app to monitor the project data.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I don't have to remember expiry and management, maintanence dues of my website thanks to the monitoring system. I get alerts about domain expiry renewals, SSL certificate related issues, and other info easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have used the paid service and also used the free plan of the service. While the free plan is capable of handling most of the tasks, the features of paid plans are very useful. It will be nice if Zoho add few more free features to it's free tier.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I'm able to monitor and utilise the vital data of my website using the app. It is huge time saver as if I'll be going to check and monitor each and every data of the site, I'll have to do go through lots of steps to get such info. I can use the saved time for other tasks of my job.

What differentiates ManageEngine Site24x7 from other similar products?
First of all it's price give it an edge (comparing it after considering different services). Second the free trial option is great to have it tested as if it's compatible or not. It also provides a clear report (which I personally prefer) about the front end which is seen by user and how complex it is for a user to get familiar with it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I liked the how agile one can be with scripting language, whether it's Python or C we can get the work done. Also the real time user monitoring is enhanced and like it personally.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It takes too much effort to set up monitoring, would love some automation their. Also when their is a big outage it feels like someone just waged a war on your country.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you have a decent budget and Don't have need of some advanced monitoring then go with it and the 30 day free trial will also help one to see if the org is getting compatible with it or not. But if you are in need of advance monitoring then the competitors are also worthy to get a try.
