What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

We鈥檝e been using Mailchimp for over 10 years. We have recently tested other solutions that had similar features, but Mailchimp is priced right for us and has all the features we need

easy campaign creation and interface navigation

What do you dislike most about this product?

We couldn鈥檛 exclude more than 1 tag or segment from the campaing. But this was fixed already.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

mailchimp is a simple and affordable email marketing tool.
