What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Reliability and Less downtime. It is compatible with GDPR

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pricing plan. As it is based on the contact list numbers and basically the software pays for itself and more customers in the list means more upsell opportunites.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need more advanced AI features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the free trial that the product provides.

My First and Favorite Email Marketing Tool

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Its ease of use. During my time in the industry I've had occasion to use seven or eight similar ostensibly similar email marketing tools and MailChimp is still the only one I was able to pull out of the box so to speak and use without any training of any sort.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Probably the customer journey builder. I was a writer before I became a digital marketer so storytelling is still the way I naturally think through campaigns and Chimp's CJB makes it easy to execute on that ideation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't love its data/analytics side but then that's a problem I also have with the competing products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To just sit down with it for a day. I think you'll like it.
