What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimp's drag and drop email builder makes it an easy software to use for most people. This is very important within most organisations as it reduces the amount of resources and time expended towards training staffs to use software tools. On the operational side, Mailchimps AI ( artificial intelligence ) capabilities are a sight to behold, and my team has leveraged this part of MailChimp to tackle manual marketing tasks such as content optimization and generating actionable insights from email campaign data..
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the visually appealing templates that MailChimp provides to users on default. These templates run into hundreds and are so good to the extent, that we have on a few occasions launched email campaigns without needing to build our own templates from scratch.
What do you dislike most about this product?
No provision for managing affiliate marketing campaigns and lacklustre marketing campaign automation features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
MailChimp does not provide strong marketing automation qualities, thus has to be used alongside a third party email campaign automation tool for full effectiveness.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
Mailchimp is an easy to use ESP especially for those who are not technically adept. I found it easy to pick up and start sending emails, and also there are many resources and articles online to help you along the way. Mailchimps own support team is also great and will take the time to educate their users
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As I mentioned before the ease of use and large variety of support channels available
What do you dislike most about this product?
It could have more integration and advanced features in terms of data management and segmenting
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For a small - medium sized business I would happily recommend it. The price is low to try it out and see how you like the experience

Mailchimp stands out because it provides an easy way to collect contacts and engage inactive subscribers. It helps us draw clients to our sites and keep them engaged. It is easy to keep everyone active without spending too much.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like Mailchimp because it offers many email templates that make it easy to customize our emails depending on the target clients. It also helps us save time and create effective email campaigns. I also like the automation features that make it easy to identify clients to leave our site and keep them coming through our email campaigns.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The price goes up as the subscribers list and loyal customers increase. Sometimes the emails we send end up in the spam folder, which affect the results of our email campaigns.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mailchimp is a great platform if you know how to use it. Therefore, ensure you learn how to make good use of it, Apply different strategies to ee which one works best for you and your clients.
