What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

It's very easy to use.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The free version will give you a lot of aspects already.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For e-commerce there are better options.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend trying this and Klaviyo and compare them, to see what you like most. For ecommerce, klaviyo is a lot better though.

No dislikes for Mailchimp. Mailchimp has been teh best.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

Has the campaign manager feature which allows me to know which campaign got more clicks and more email opens compared to other campaigns.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the custom coded and pre-inbuilt email templates that are easy to use with a drag and drop campaign builder making email designing more user friend even when you do not have enough skills to use the solution

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tool is not scalable enough since pricing is based on the number of emails you have, the larger the contact list, the more expensive the tool becomes and I wish they should charge usage per month to favor even smaller businesses

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend mail chimp because it is easy and a professional email marketing tool
