MailChimp is very user friendly and allows for a seamless integration.

Helps small businesses grow their email marketing in a very good amount of time.

Mailchimp's CRM isn't extensive compared to other brands in the industry.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely use the training webinars that are provided. They are very helpful.

What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?

It is very good for sending bulk emails and getting complete analytics. I like the templates which can be easily customized. Branding is easy. All insights are available for open rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe, and spam. Adding links for purchases and offers in the emails helps in increasing sales.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the huge number of templates available for various purposes and the feature of personalization of emails which make email marketing effective. The customers are more responsive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In the current marketing trend, email marketing can be ignored or underestimated. And Mail Chimp provides all the features for this task. A brand can definitely increase sales through this tool. Run campaigns and see the difference with Mailchimp.
