What differentiates Mailchimp from other similar products?
the biggest differentiates is the business model of Mailchimp, you pay as you use, it reveloves around how many number of contacts you want to import in the tool and create sequence and send emails to your customer
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
my favourite aspect is attaching the case studies and notes to each drip program
What do you dislike most about this product?
The lead/contact scoring should be there and more customization and integration will help them
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I've been using mailchimp from last few years, the tool is rock solid and needs less customization to use.

It has great templates which many of its competitors lack.

One click email schedule and send and also we can clearly see open rates etc.

Not much but Mailchimp is costly in pricing as compared to its competitors with more features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
So far , I have found Mailchimp's AI growth assistant very helpful for key aspects of email marketing activity within my team. With the AI growth assistant, we successfully automate select aspects of our marketing campaigns at scale, editing important marketing contents faster , and even analyzing marketing data in real time , thereby driving better sales results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Zero support for affiliate marketing. Its marketing automation while effective only covers basics like email auto-reminders, auto responses, feedback collections etc It is ineffective for more important aspects of email campaigns such as segmentations and auto-management of marketing list sequences.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mailchimp perhaps meets and may even exceed requirements for small marketing campaigns. However, it has to be used in tandem with other tools to execute and manage large scale email campaigns.
