What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

First and foremost methods for dealing with large amounts of data are depicted in data visualizations. After implantation, I realized how many customizations I could make to a dashboard in Dundas versus other tools I was using. Everything is quick in this tool dashboards to load very quickly, in comparison with others where functions were sometimes unusable due to speed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Dundas includes many features that other BI tools do not, and they add a whole new dimension to how BI tools work. We provide Dundas BI as an add-on to our insurance software for our existing customer base. I adore all of its abilities, features, and cost too. Dundas BI provides a highly flexible and comprehensive BI platform that enables us to quickly solve and implement all of our customers' data analytics requirements.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Strong flexibility is accompanied by some complexity. The learning curve is somewhat deep. It would be really beneficial to have better documentation. Certain of the features we require are not built-in; in order to use them, we had to implement some workarounds.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dundas BI is up in all their similar category platforms and running quite quickly. The license structure is actually pretty affordable and this is already built-in if you require a means to permit exports and user logins. Their customer service is excellent, and their white labeling is also decent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite feature is that, on the Dundas BI dashboard, you can add data visualizations, or components and arrange them anywhere on the canvas. Our dashboards allow you to filter, sort, group, re-visualize, drill-down and perform advanced calculations through an easy to use interface. Our Drag and Drop interface allows you to browse all of your measures and dimensions, and then plot them onto a chart, grid or other advanced visualizations for instant analysis. Dundas BI provides an array of predefined best practice data visualization configurations you can simply use to compose your dashboard.

What do you dislike most about this product?

No such thing can be disliked in Dundas BI. Our dashboards are web-based and mobile optimized, which enables users to access any data, anywhere with a web connection. You can build, share and view fully interactive dashboards directly in your HTML5 browser without any additional desktop application. With many dashboard properties, scripting options and a full open API, Dundas BI is the most customizable and extensible dashboard creation platform for data visualization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend this all because, Dundas BI lets you annotate any metric with questions and comments, respond to another user's comments, and view conversations so that your data is always presented in the proper context. If permitted, Dundas BI lets you not only add notes but also correct data. Simply enter a more accurate value, based on the latest status of the business, ensuring all are working with the right numbers and patterns generated using the most accurate data.

What differentiates Logi Symphony from other similar products?

The report is a fantastic addition to DBI, making it a true all-in-one BI tool. The experience is enhanced with dashboard layers and pop-ups. A helpful experience is enhanced by data-driven notifications. The ETL cube with a data warehouse has a lot of features and sophisticated transformations. Its flexibility is unrivaled thanks to the open API and JavaScript.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We enjoy the user-type flexibility of being able to have a concurrent license allowing us to give access to more people who may only need access once or twice a month. I like the simplicity with which I can create a metric collection and then drag it to a dashboard to see the data displayed in a variety of visualizations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One example is the connection to the SSAS tabular model; they still use MDX instead of DAX. Second, learning the product and all of its features takes some time. If DBI could be accessed via a mobile app, it would be much better.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're new to DundasBI, take a look at the Dundas community site, which has a user forum, as well as tips. Their API is outstanding. Additionally, their support for Docker is a welcome improvement, since it will make deployment much easier.
