It provides a lot of features like skin customization, custom url, streaming, which are very convenient for different types of virtual events,; you need to be aware that the more features you need the higher the pricing you get,

Branding features, and change of room layout are very convients,
What do you dislike most about this product?
Time to answer inquiries is based in EU time zone, for America is slighty delayed; If you require streaming as source be aware the services are provided in EU servers, therefore the delay from live source to final users tend to be longer than a minute. There should be a Host exclusive set of controls, currently the presenter link can access all the functionality buttons like: room layout, room template, start meeting, this can cause accidental changes on the live event... basic recording resolution is still low, there should be a higher bit rate resolution within the basic account
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Define in advance all the features that you really need for your virtual events, otherwise you will end up with a higher total cost than other services.
