Para m铆, LiveChat me permite ver como otros agentes se comunican con los visitantes, los mensajes que los clientes dejen cuando no este activo mi chat se almacenaran a trav茅s de los tickets y se mostrar谩 un mensaje indicando mi falta de disponibilidad.

En mi opini贸n, este software es de gran ayuda , ha sido muy 煤til en todo el recorrido con mis clientes, el 煤nico inconveniente es que es necesario tener banda ancha para poder usarlo con satisfacci贸n.

Lo recomiendo en su totalidad facilita la comunicaci贸n entre una empresa y sus clientes, tiene pulcritud y es muy f谩cil de usar Por lo cual antes de acceder verifique su conexi贸n a internet.

LiveChat is so quick and easy to implement and the two week trial makes it risk-free
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love being able to have 1:1 communication with visitors of the website. It is a great way to generate leads as well as understand how users are interacting with the site.
What do you dislike most about this product?
If you want to use file sharing you do have to pay a bit more as well as communications that come in after hours are only shown in UTC time zone.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try the 2 week trial, there are no risks and it is worth giving it a shot.

1.The possibility to see what person is typing, prior to sending. 2.Omnichannel support for two languages it's really great. 3. Real-time support in their live chat is the best to support forever. 4.The ease of use makes it ideal for almost any business. 5.LiveChat allows you to share links, images, and videos. It can be integrated into your website easily 6.Really clean UI on both the front end and back end.
What do you dislike most about this product?
LiveChat is a fast, reliable, secure, and easy-to-use system. I do not have any issues with live chat.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have had an excellent experience using LiveChat. It has a professional and responsive customer support and it also enables us to provide excellent support to our customers. My recommendation goes to this efficient tool. For all those reasons I love to recommend LiveChat to all.
