Good. basic ATS that satisfies our needs

What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?
Their level of customer service is nice as some ATS organization's completely hound you nonstop.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of scheduling interviews while it sync's with the team's calendars has been great. I enjoy using the feedback function to create interview notes and how easy it is to move candidates through the pipeline.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When posting jobs, I don't find it helpful that you can only create paragraphs OR bullet points and that there is no option to combine them both as we had to reformat our template for creating job descriptions based on the limited functionality with Lever. It is also a bit of a blocker when you cannot reschedule an interview without cancelling the whole thing and re-doing it again.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
