The Net Emotional Footprint measures high-level user sentiment towards particular product offerings. What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
I am mostly unaware of similar products,kudos was my first experience with an employee rewards system and I've loved it since I started working here. It definitely helps create a positive work culture at my organization.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ability to share specifics about what an employee has done well on a public platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes a little janky on mobile.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ive recommended it to other clinics, I think it's a great program.

What differentiates Kudos from other similar products?
Kudos is very user friendly, especially on mobile which is how I use it 90% of the time. Easy to see not only your achievements, but everyone else's on the team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to cash out in not just gift cards for other companies, but actual cash on a prepaid visa.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Every now and then an error occurs when cashing out (whether gift card or prepaid visa) haven't had this from personal experience, but others around me have had this issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Take the time to look at everything. There's always something new when I log in to my account.
