What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?

This is my first experience with a product such as this so I cannot really speak on that topic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the ability to simulate phishing attempts and then train the users on how to recognize and prevent real attempts in the future.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take your time, follow the implementation and training path that KnowBe4 suggests.
