What differentiates KeyedIn from other similar products?
Easy access, simple to use, and flexible customization. This allows me to have an overview of the project portfolio by defining specific parameters. I can create as many custom reports as I want, based on the underlying data collected by the system. It鈥檚 useful as an administration tool as opposed to a replacement for something like MS Project, which is hard to use because it鈥檚 so detailed. I can extend the project management module to include resource, financial, time, and cost planning.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the project search mechanism - 鈥渃ontains鈥� is especially useful. I also love being able to enter weekly project statuses and the easy way to edit project details. In the same way, I can duplicate weekly reports so I don鈥檛 have to re-enter previous states.
What do you dislike most about this product?
System administration can be too complicated/confusing depending on the security configuration I want to achieve. Cloned projects can cause system crashes if I forget to check or uncheck certain things before cloning. I need to use the admin a lot to master it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Intuitive. Very simple. Users will easily get up to speed. Great support team. They respond within a day, usually within minutes of ticket registration, and are available to call if needed. The tool is easy to customize, and most people with little coding experience should be able to create custom workflows and processes.
